Your principal place of business is located in the United States or in the United States.
A person applying online must have either a Social Security Number (SSN) or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
There is a limit of one EIN per responsible person per day.
You can apply for an SS-4 online and receive an EIN as soon as it is completed.
